Der KS1 ist der «kleine» Bruder des KS2 und setzt auf einen dynamischen Treiber anstatt auf Hybridtechnology. Momentan kommen sehr viele single DDs auf den Markt und jeder versucht sein Stück vom Trend-Kuchen abzuhaben.

Sound
Der KS1 ist ein spaßig abgestimmter IEM. Seine V-Signatur ist stark ausgeprägt, was die Höhen und den Bass in den Vordergrund rückt. Das führt zu mäßig betonten Sibilanten, einigen unangenehmen Spitzen und einem nicht immer sattelfesten Bass.
Dieser überlagert die Mitten, ohne sie aber zu sehr einzufärben.
Der KS1 hat ein warmes und kräftiges Fundament, ist jedoch in den oberen Mitten und Höhen zu hell abgestimmt, was ihm etwas die Authentizität nimmt.
Der KS1 hat solide technische Eigenschaften. Vor allem zeichnet er ein ansprechendes 3D-Bild, hat aber seine Stärken mehr im Panorama und weiß auch im Imaging zu überzeugen. Hinderlich ist hier jedoch der zu sehr betonte Bass.
Er wird für mich aufgrund des überzeichnenden Basses und der Höhen schnell ermüdend und klingt tonal nicht sonderlich realistisch. Dafür aber recht spaßig und spannend durch seine gute Detailpräsentation, welche aber etwas künstlich wirkt.

Wer im Bass auf Quantität setzt, generell eine stark ausgeprägte V-Signatur sucht und im Hochton Toleranzen mitbringt, kann am KS1 seine Freude haben. Tonal ist er ähnlich wie der KS2, der allerdings ein Hybrid ist und meines Erachtens die V-Signatur noch etwas besser umsetzt und sauberer klingt. Ein ordentlicher Budget-IEM, der sich aber nicht sonderlich profilieren kann.

The KS1 is the "little" brother of the KS2 and uses a dynamic driver instead of hybrid technology. At the moment there are a lot of single DDs on the market and everybody is trying to get a piece of the trend cake.

Sound
The KS1 is a fun tuned IEM. Its V signature is strongly pronounced, bringing the treble and bass to the forefront. This results in moderately accented sibilants, some unpleasant peaks, and a bass that is not always tight.
The latter overpowers the mids, but without coloring them too much.
The KS1 has a warm and powerful foundation, but is too brightly tuned in the upper mids and treble, which takes away from its authenticity somewhat.
The KS1 has solid technical qualities. Above all, it draws an appealing 3D picture, but has its strengths more in the panorama and also knows how to convince in imaging. However, the bass, which is emphasized too much, is a hindrance here.
It quickly gets tiring for me due to the exaggerated bass and trebles and doesn't sound particularly realistic tonally. On the other hand, it's quite fun and exciting due to its good detail presentation, which does seem a bit artificial, though.
Outro
If you are looking for quantity in the bass, a strong V-signature in general and have tolerances in the treble, you will enjoy the KS1. Tonally, it is similar to the KS2, which is, however, a hybrid and, in my opinion, implements the V-signature a bit better and sounds cleaner. A decent budget IEM, but one that can't particularly distinguish itself.
